“It’s money without a country. Gold has that value. Any country in the world, whether you’re in Asia, the Middle East, in North America, Australia, people know what gold is.” – Patrick Yip
Gold and silver have been used as forms of currency for centuries. Gold, in particular, has a long history of being accepted as a global currency. Today, gold is still seen as a safe investment by many people. The value of gold is not tied to any one country. Instead, it is seen as a global currency. This means that gold can be bought and sold anywhere in the world.Gold is also seen as a safe investment. This is because the value of gold tends to go up over time. This makes gold a good option for people who are looking to invest their money.

Fear and anxiety often occur together, but the terms are not interchangeable. Even though the emotions commonly overlap, your experience with them differs based on their context. Fear relates to the belief of a known or perceived threat, whereas anxiety follows from an unknown, unexpected, or a threat that is not clear. Fear and anxiety both produce a similar stress response, but many experts believe that there are important differences between the two. These differences can account for how we react to various stressors in our environment. It seems we are living in a time when few are not dealing with fear and anxiety to varying degrees…daily!
In this conversation Patrick and Steffany discuss these two emotions and unpack some tips you can use to regain your sense of calm and control

CRITICISM - by definition is the expression or disapproval of someone, or something based on perceived faults or mistakes, judgment, and the disapproval. It seems so negative, doesn’t it? Have you ever stopped to consider what it means to you? Self-criticism, criticism by others, criticism of others, most of us give or receive it every day.
Studies have demonstrated that those who criticize, challenge and debate not only produce more ideas but they produce more innovative and productive ideas. Criticism doesn't need to be heard as negative – it can involve bringing different perspectives to light, considering their differences, and molding them into a new vision.
Join Patrick and listen in as he sheds his experience and shines some light on the dark side of criticism. https://theeverydaymillionaire.ca/criticism/

“I think it’s really important to think about how failure can become part of a powerful narrative. What I’ve learned is you may not be able to control the outcome of a risk you take, but you can control the story you tell about that and what you learn.” – Christie Hunter https://rein.remi360online.com/insiders-newsletter-sign-up

Albert Einstein said: “If I were given one hour to save the planet, I would spend 59 minutes defining the problem and one minute resolving it.” That’s easy for Einstein to say!
Have you considered how you deal with problems – life, business, decisions that need to be made?
It’s said that the quality of our life is a reflection of the quality of the questions, we ask ourselves, which implies that we need to consider if we are asking ourselves the right questions.
When it comes to problems, it’s easy to get caught searching for the answer or for what to think rather than reflecting on how we are thinking. What if we considered that the problem may be how we see the problem?
This week, Steffany is away in Japan! Join Patrick as he goes it alone to unpack ‘the problem with problems’ on this episode of Mindset Matters.

In life, we all come to know that shit happens. People do things that hurt us, physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, We do things to others, and to ourselves, we make mistakes.
What's left is the need to forgive to forgive ourselves or others....Desmond Tutu once said “Forgiveness does not mean that we pretend things are anything other than they are. I am hurt, we say. I am betrayed, we announce. I am in pain and grief. I have been treated unfairly. I am feeling ashamed. I am angry this has been done to me. I am sad and I am lost. I may never forget what you have done to me, but I will forgive. I will do everything in my power not to let you harm me again. I will not retaliate against you or against myself.”
― Desmond Tutu,
Listen in as Patrick and Steffany consider forgiveness....because with No forgiveness there is no peace, so we must know forgiveness to know peace.

“Quite often when I feel that level of resistance, my default now is to get simple. Anytime there’s a little resistance it’s almost always because I’ve overcomplicated something, which is the inherent nature of who I am. It’s this back and forth to me of, if I’m creating reality, why did I create this, what do I need to learn from it, have I learned the lesson before (obviously not if I created it again) and then how do I shift through it without there having to be a bunch of strife.”
– Ryan Niddel
