Join Patrick and Steffany on this episode as they navigate their thought process behind the title "if you're going to fight, fight right, but don't be a right fighter"
Most can understand or relate to conflict being productive if handled appropriately but damaging if approached with a combative attitude, hidden agenda, and unyielding attitude.
"Fighting right" relies on being respectful, constructive, empathetic, or compassionate and listening to other's perspectives and working together to find a mutually beneficial solution.
"Right Fighter" it the character trait of an unrelenting insistence and need to be right. The impact it may have on others, or the situation is not considered. In those moments, the environment is toxic, created by hostility and bitterness, defiance and little or no progress.

Join Steffany and Patrick as they dive into the not so common ‘holding space’…. what it means and what it takes.
Holding space for others is a skill that requires awareness, humility, and empathy. Whether you are a speaker, leader, parent with kids in sports, or simply a member of a group or family, learning to hold space is essential for creating a safe and supportive environment for those around you. It means being present and actively listening to others without judgment or distraction, listening with compassion, and creating a space where people can express themselves freely. This requires a willingness to ‘park our ego’ put the needs of others first, to be attentive to their feelings and experiences, and to offer support and validation when needed. Whether it’s in the boardroom, the workplace, or at home with family, holding space is about creating a space where people feel heard, seen, and valued. With awareness and humility, we can learn to hold space for others, one-on-one or for many, and have a positive and meaningful impact on the lives of those around us.

The Four Agreements...Unpacked
Join Patrick and Steffany for this episode as they take on a discussion of this monumental quote.
Don Miguel Ruiz said "To be alive is the biggest fear humans have. Death is not the biggest fear we have; our biggest fear is taking the risk to be alive — the risk to be alive and express who we really are. Just being ourselves is the biggest fear of humans. We have learned to live our lives trying
to satisfy other people’s demands. We have learned to live by other people’s points of view because of the fear of not being accepted and of not being good enough for someone else.”

While the word ‘reset’ may have become a bit overused, it helps us understand the role it has in maximizing success or getting back on track after something unexpected happens, good or bad, high or low. Steffany and Patrick share their experience after a weekend event where emotions were high, and expectations ran strong. Together they emphasize how resetting was a key for successful outcomes.
